ERIPHA Establishes Education and Liaison Committee to Advance Member Development
Asmara, Eritrea – The Eritrean Public Health Association (ERIPHA) is pleased to announce the formation of a dedicated Education and Liaison Committee. According to Ministry of Health guideline on continuous professional development of health professional, ERIPHA has formed E&L committee as part of its accreditation as CPD body. This crucial step underscores ERIPHA's commitment to fostering continuous professional development (CPD) among its members and strengthening its engagement with key stakeholders.
The Education and Liaison Committee will play a pivotal role in:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive CPD programs: This includes organizing workshops, seminars, conferences, and online courses on a wide range of public health topics.
- Facilitating knowledge exchange:The committee will create platforms for members to share their expertise, learn from renowned professionals, and stay abreast of the latest advancements in public health.
- Building strong partnerships:The committee will actively engage with academic institutions, government agencies, international organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance collaboration and leverage resources for member development.
- Advocating for improved public health education:The committee will actively advocate for policies and initiatives that support the growth and development of the public health workforce in Eritrea.
