ERIPHA Announces Continuous Professional Education Course for Members





Asmara, Eritrea – The Eritrean Public Health Association (ERIPHA) is pleased to announce the organization of a Continuous Professional Education (CPE) Course for its members. This comprehensive program will cover essential topics in public health, including:

  1. Genetic Epidemiology: Explore the interplay of genetics and environmental factors in disease development and transmission. Gain insights into the latest advancements in this field.
  2. Environmental Risk Assessment: Learn to identify, evaluate, and manage environmental hazards that pose risks to human health. Develop skills in conducting comprehensive risk assessments.
  3. Research Publication: Master the art of scientific writing and effectively communicate research findings. Learn best practices for preparing manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
  4. Academic Writing and Referencing: Understand the importance of proper citation and referencing. Learn to use various citation styles effectively, ensuring academic integrity in your work.

This CPE Course aims to:

  1. Enhance the professional skills and knowledge of ERIPHA members.
  2. Promote evidence-based public health practice in Eritrea.
  3. Facilitate research and publication among public health professionals.
  4. Strengthen the capacity of the public health workforce in the country.

Membership is open to all individuals above 18 years of age who fulfill the requirements of the Association as stated in this Constitution. There are three categories of members as identified hereunder. Membership is approved only after filling the appropriate form and paying the required fee.
